They assist with the prevention of muscle/limb contracture , therefore help with protecting wounds , IV-lines or tubes for the wrist, knee or elbows.
Our Freedom range of sleeves and splints are easily applied with hook & loop closure , and come in a variety of sizes.
The translucent fabric allows the splint to stay in place during X-rays and may be pinned or clipped to the patient sleeve to prevent sliding / movement .
