Richard Burton - Managing Director

I am delighted to introduce our company portfolio of patient safety and healthcare products and solutions, which aim to create safer environments and improved quality of life for your patients or residents. Repton Medical’s 10th anniversary gave rise to celebration this year as the company has reached yet another milestone to our success. We have expanded our portfolio and relocated to new premises based in Derbyshire which will provide additional office and warehouse space needed as we continue to look forward.

Our objectives are to assist and support you our customers and healthcare providers who use our products which will provide a safer patient environment and reduce the risk of injuries.

We are proud of our entire product lines and our goal of becoming a falls management solutions provider, we care about meeting the needs of our customer base and will continue to strive for quality in everything we do.

Jaki Burton - Business Director

Jaki Burton joined Repton Medical in 2011 to build the family business alongside her husband. Jaki is responsible for the HR and back office support functions including marketing and international business relations across the US, Europe and the Far East. With a wealth of medical knowledge, Jaki works closely with Richard on product development and customer relations.  Professionally qualified to Fellowship status of the CIPD, Jaki holds a Diploma in Employment Law and an MBA gained at University of Wales, Cardiff.


Jason Payne - Sales Manager

Jason has recently joined Repton Medical, as Sales Manager specifically focusing on the Repton Healthcare market. With a strong and successful sales background, Jason has built great relationships with customers since joining us and is prominent in the Northern territory.


Jane Shaw - Financial Controller

Jane joined the team at Repton Medical in the summer of 2013 as Financial Controller. Jane has a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 30 years of working in accounts and finance. Her primary responsibility at Repton Medical is running all aspects of the financial side of the business including production of management accounts, banking and assists with financial planning for the future.


John Shepherd - Admin, Operations & IT Support

John has worked for Repton Medical for over 8 years, joining at the end of September 2008. He originally joined as a Stock Administrator but now John’s key responsibilities include purchasing stock from local and international suppliers, stock and warehouse management, developing the ecommerce websites and providing office IT support. He also assists with pricing and dealing with customer enquiries day to day. His key product groups include Labels and Speciality Products. John has acquired the following qualifications- HND Graphic Design, FdA Multimedia & Web Design.


Kerry Jepson - Operations Support

Due to the growing demand of our critical care syringe labels, Kerry has joined Repton Medical to help with the in-house production. Kerry also supports the team with marketing campaigns and the organisation of our marketing literature.
